This class was student-centeredness.
Because, this class is conversation of Enlglish, so it consisted with students debating each other.
The way of teaching is teacher's explanation first and then grouping students talk each other about topic that teacher mationed.

Herry's class is very active and dynamic.
When students talk or act, they peretend to be in real situations with real emotion after they choose their rule.Also, students share their own photos, thier memory and talk about their experience at that time. And Herry give a homework to students, that is writing diary or special subject.
And then he check the homework, correct some mistakes in the writing and give a little coments about thier writing. Students can talk with body-language and eyes.

기현, I'm really impressed with your observations! Thanks for choosing my class to observe, I'm honored. You'e right, I do a lot of pair conversation activities, because I think it provides the most efficient opportunity for students to listen 50% and speak 50% of the time. As a teacher, one thing I'm trying to improve, especially with our Conversation 3 class, is creating a good atmosphere for student-centered large group discussions. After the pair work I usually try to have a discussion as a whole class, but the students are sometimes shy and I find myself asking the questions and directing the discussion. Maybe in the future you can help me encourage students to volunteer their ideas in a large group, especially by asking other students questions! :) Keep up the good work 기현!
